Common Parts of Flattening Machine and Its Application Characteristics
Flattening machine is generally a single, two rollers (modern flattening machine may contain three rollers), rolls by hand or through electricity to make it rotate. After the roller is heated by steam or electricity and reaches a certain temperature, when the wet clothes are rolled between two rollers, a large amount of moisture can be removed, and the effect of flattening can be achieved. It is used in the flattening process of the flattening machine for sheets, tablecloths, cloth and so on. Because the flattening machine will inevitably have some parts in daily use. Damage needs to be replaced, the following are several common parts to be replaced for ironing machine. The main parts of flattening machine are: rotary interface of flattening machine, steel hose, tightening rod, axle sleeve, safety valve, press wheel, guide pulley, drying drum, etc.
The characteristics of steam flattening machine.
1. Frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted to facilitate users to select appropriate ironing speed according to the needs of different fabrics and thickness of fabrics.
2. The transmission, steam intake and drainage systems (steam heating type) of the equipment are respectively placed in the cabinets on both sides. They are beautiful and novel in appearance, compact in structure and small in volume.
3. Using the method of pressure vapour into the drum to heat the surface of the drum, the fabric can be dried and ironed.
4. The equipment sets the corresponding speed difference between different layers of the conveying system, which makes the fabric easier to be tensioned and ironed.
5. Cycloidal pinwheel reducer and frequency converter are used to control motor for speed regulation. Driven by chain, the equipment runs smoothly, has strong overload ability, low noise, and each chain has tension device, which is convenient for adjustment and tightening.
6. Wide band is used for transmission and separated by spacers, which avoids the swimming phenomenon that is difficult to solve in the transmission of the band. At the same time, micro-buckle connection is adopted, which makes loading, unloading and replacement very convenient.
7. The steam inlet of flattening machine (steam heating type) is equipped with safety valve, which has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Normally, it is not necessary to adjust during normal work. Users must send it to the labor department for verification once a year.
8. Temperature-resistant thin guide strips are used to isolate the conveying layers of the ironing machine to ensure that the fabric does not bond, so the sizing fabric can also achieve satisfactory ironing effect.
