GRILLED KABOBS—WITH THREE DIFFERENT FLAVORS
- ½ lb chicken breast, cubed
- ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb beef or pork, cubed
- Mushrooms
- Cherry tomatoes
- Green and red bell peppers, cut in large chunks
- Real McCoy Mustard Sauce, Zest Sauce, or Mason Dixon Glaze
On skewers, alternate veggies, meat and shrimp. Coat with the sauce of your choice- Real McCoy Mustard, Zest Sauce, or Mason Dixon Glaze- and marinate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight. Cook on a hot grill, turning frequently for 10 minutes or until meat juices run clear. Alternate cooking method- Broil in the oven broiler for 10 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
